This boutique portfolio of apartment properties developed by Michigan Avenue Real Estate Group in the West Loop and suburbs of Oak Park and Evanston, IL will continue to be managed by The Maeve Group. To coincide with this rebranding effort, the company has also launched a new website.
In addition to this announcement is the expansion of Michigan Avenue’s portfolio with the launch of Maeve on Madison in Oak Park; providing residents access to local restaurants, shops as well as cultural attractions along with convenient transportation options into downtown Chicago.
