Sam’s New and Used Tires, a locally-owned tire repair and replacement company based in Prince George’s County, recently acquired an 8,500-square-foot mixed-use building located in Beltsville for $2.075 million. The property features a dedicated surface parking lot, mezzanine area as well as roadside visibility from Baltimore Avenue. ADP Beltsville 12 LLC was represented by Adam Nachlas of MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services during the transaction along with Chris Bennett and Allison Perry. Sam’s New and Used Tires plans to expand its operations from an existing location on Baltimore Avenue later this year.
