Kimco Realty Buys Woodbridge Lifestyle Center for $173M

Kimco Realty, a leading owner and operator of open-air, grocery-anchored shopping centers, has acquired Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center in Woodbridge, Virginia for $172.5 million. The 504,000-square-foot lifestyle center is anchored by a Wegmans grocery store and features an array of national brands such as REI, Ulta Beauty and Starbucks alongside local shops and restaurants. This acquisition provides opportunities for future development including out parcel retail buildings as well as mixed use expansion.

Ross Cooper – Kimco’s President & Chief Investment Officer – expressed his enthusiasm over the purchase: “We’re delighted to add Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center to our portfolio; it is a premier grocery anchored center situated in an area with high barriers to entry along with strong demographics.”
