Mary Spina Realty and Philip Spina Realty have recently purchased a 12.68-acre development site located at 590 Long Island Avenue in Medford, New York for $4 million from Blue Sky Endeavors. The two main lots of the property offer potential redevelopment opportunities for commercial, industrial or storage purposes with an expected focus on renewable and sustainable energy development.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Daniel Abbondandolo and Rob Cullen represented the seller while David Pennetta and Stephen Cadorette of Cushman & Wakefield acted as representatives to the buyer.
Abbondandolo commented on this transaction saying “This deal highlights tremendous development opportunities Suffolk County offers due to its unique nuances when it comes to land deals on Long Island.” He further added that “the site is positioned along Long Island Expressway South Service Road with unparalleled direct frontage providing outstanding accessibility”
