BKM Capital Partners, based in Newport Beach, has teamed up with StepStone Real Estate (SRE), the real estate arm of global private markets investment firm StepStone Group. The BKM-SRE Partnership was launched with SRE’s acquisition of limited partners’ interests in two large stabilized industrial properties located in high-growth Las Vegas and Burbank markets. Fresh capital was also committed to expand the portfolio by acquiring additional value-add small and mid-bay light industrial assets.
The partnership includes ownership interests from BKM Industrial Value Fund II – the second fund focused on small and mid-bay light industrial investments from BKM Capital Partners series. These include Pacific Business Center, a 748,000 square foot Class A light industrial park located in Henderson NV; as well as Backlot Burbank – a 306,000 square foot Class A light industrial park situated at Burbank CA.
