Berkadia, a leading provider of commercial real estate financial services, has announced the successful refinancing of Holiday Inn & Suites Orlando SW – Celebration Area Hotel in Kissimmee, FL. Managing Director Michael Weinberg and Associate Director Alec Fox were able to secure a five-year term loan from One Florida Bank on behalf of owner Palm Holdings.
Palm Holdings is an experienced hotel management and development company based out of Toronto, ON with 20 hotels totaling 3200 keys in their portfolio; four being located in Florida containing nearly 1000 keys. The property was purchased by Palm Holdings back in 2017 for which they have since invested over $6 million into renovations that concluded last year (2019).
The 444-key full service hotel is situated at 5711 West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway near many popular tourist attractions such as Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Studios Resort and Orange County Convention Center providing guests with convenient access to these locations.
