Turnbridge Equities recently announced the groundbreaking of Ashwood 12 South, a 116,500-square-foot mixed-use retail and office development in Nashville’s 12 South neighborhood. Located at 2212 12th Avenue South, the 1.92-acre development is expected to be completed by Q4 2024.
Owned and developed by Turnbridge Equities, CBRE serves as office brokerage on record with Frank Thomasson as Senior Vice President and Byran Fort as Senior Vice President handling retail leasing managed by Jeremy Zidell of RUE Realty and Elam Freeman from Ojas Partners respectively.
Ashwood 12 South will feature 44,500 square feet of retail space along with 72000 square feet of Class A small format offices suites for businesses to operate out off . The project also includes pedestrian friendly streetscapes , outdoor common areas landscaped amply plus 190 parking spaces for convenience .
In addition , Turnbridge Equities has pledged $100 000 towards future beautification efforts within the area through donations made to the local neighbourhood association – The 12 south Neighborhood Association .
