Lincoln Property Company Southeast has been tapped to oversee leasing for Park Summit, an 86,201-square-foot office building in Duluth, GA. Lincoln Vice President Matt Fergus and Vice President Seabie Hickson will manage the assignment on behalf of owner Highgate Partners.
Located at 2675 Breckinridge Boulevard, Park Summit was recently renovated and features five floors with 305 parking spaces as well as access to nearby dining, shopping and entertainment amenities.
