A Microsoft data center is coming to a San Antonio suburb, with construction slated to begin at the end of July. The project will cost an estimated $230 million and consist of a 106,000-square-foot campus with an administrative building and two co-location centers. One building will be finished out while the other will be delivered as a shell. Houston based Page Southerland Page is the architect for this development which is expected to come online in Q3 2024 and located 10 miles north of Castroville.
