Lee & Associates has promoted Calvin Gunn to Principal of Lee & Associates of Illinois. An industrial real estate specialist, Gunn focuses on tenant representation, property sales and leasing in the industrial markets surrounding O’Hare Airport and the western suburbs. Working alongside Principal Chris Nelson, he has earned a reputation for his business acumen and interpersonal communication skills at a young age.
Nelson commented: “Calvin’s maturity and work ethic have enabled him to gain clients’ long-term trust along with his deep knowledge of industrial real estate which makes this promotion well deserved.”
Gunn graduated from Elmhurst College with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and is currently an active member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers where he was also nominated as finalist for the Frank Mahoney Award.
