Endeavor Gets Green Light for Ambitious Austin Mixed-Use Development

After months of negotiations, Endeavor Real Estate Group has been granted approval by the Austin City Council to move forward with their development plans. According to the Austin Business Journal, this project will feature 1,400 residential units and over 500,000 square feet of office space spread across a 21-acre parcel near Cesar Chavez Street, East Seventh Street and U.S. Route 183 – formerly occupied by Borden Dairy on the Colorado River. The maximum building height for these towers is 120 feet which could result in 10-12 story structures being built on site.

Endeavor’s website highlights their commitment to creating projects that leave a lasting legacy since 1999: “Our projects are designed to serve our markets while considering environmental factors and achieving successful outcomes for all stakeholders involved.” With this new project in Austin approved they look set continue living up to that promise!
