Irvine Company recently announced that international law firm Winston & Strawn LLP has leased 148,000 square feet of office space across six full floors at 300 North LaSalle in Chicago’s River North. The firm will occupy floors 43-48 and enjoy unobstructed river-to-skyline views from the iconic tower.
Nancy Pacher and David Mahoney with CBRE represented Winston & Strawn in the deal. Founded in Chicago back in 1853, the law firm was drawn to 300 North LaSalle for its architectural significance and landmark location within Chicago’s dramatic skyline as well as a recent $30 million reinvestment into the building itself.
“Our Chicago roots run deep,” said Cardelle Spangler, Managing Partner of Winston & Strawn’s local office “and when we embarked on a search for a downtown office location that would inspire our team and exceed expectations well into the future, we knew 300 North LaSalle was perfect fit.”
