Lanter Delivery Systems, a transportation and courier services provider to the agricultural, automotive, trucking and industrial supply industries across all states in the continental United States has leased Weston, Inc.’s 30,000-square-foot cross-dock building at 6011 Shakespeare Road in Columbia.
Eileen McConville of Weston Inc., asset manager for the property commented that when they purchased Shakespeare Industrial Park they had envisioned its main building as a cross-dock transfer terminal. She further added that she was glad it was a fit for Lanter.
The park consists of 14 industrial flex buildings with covered storage totaling 98,072 square feet including office warehouses; light manufacturing; fleet service buildings; equipment storage sheds and varying heights of covered storage spread over four parcels totaling approximately 23.69 acres. Weston’s Southeast Industrial Properties portfolio includes 60 tenants across 45 properties spanning more than 7 million square feet in total area size..
