Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of Hobby Lobby & Bomgaars, an 87,119-square-foot net-leased property located in Hutchinson, KS. The retail asset sold for $6,547,231. Mark Ruble and Chris Lind from Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office marketed the property on behalf of a limited liability company while Colby Haugness assisted in closing this transaction as Kansas broker of record.
Hobby Lobby & Bomgaars is situated at 1500 E 11th St., Hutchinson and was able to overcome complexities due to existing leases and its relationship with an adjoining mall thanks to the right buyer selected by Ruble who said: “When the seller said he was ready to sell we knew we needed a buyer that could work through all issues with them which resulted in successful closing”.
