Lee & Associates of Illinois has welcomed Peter Spear to its Industrial Services Group as a Senior Associate. Spear will be working closely with Principal Jay Farnam and specializes in industrial real estate within the Chicago area’s DuPage County submarket. He provides a full range of brokerage services, including tenant, buyer, and owner representation; sale/leasebacks; and net lease investment transactions. His goal is to establish long-term relationships with clients while providing quality representation that serves their best interests.
Prior to joining Lee & Associates in 2023, Spear spent nearly three years as an industrial broker at Marcus & Millichap after attending the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and DePaul University where he focused on Communication and Media Studies.
