Kidder Mathews Real Estate Brokers Sell Spokane Apartment Complex for $1.16M

Max Frame of the Simon and Anderson Team at Kidder Mathews, a multifamily investment team, represented the buyer in a value-add apartment acquisition for $1.16 million at 731 and 737 South Hatch Street in Spokane, Washington. This transaction follows an active first half of the year with 18 sales for this team. The vintage eight-unit building was constructed in 1978 and is located within the South Perry District surrounded by restaurants and popular shopping destinations – making it one of Spokane’s up-and-coming neighborhoods.

Based out of Kidder Mathews’ headquarters in Seattle, Washington; Frame specializes in representing sellers & buyers during Eastern Washington apartment transactions while working alongside EVPs Dylan Simon & Jerrid Anderson who oversee an apartment brokerage team that represents investors across greater Seattle & Puget Sound region investments on both apartments buildings as well as development land opportunities.
