Mogharebi Group (TMG) successfully advised a Colorado-based private investment group on the sale of Fireside Village, a 180-unit multifamily community located at 8214 Wilson Drive in Omaha, Nebraska. This transaction was one of the largest by unit count to close in metropolitan Omaha this year and marked both seller’s exit and buyer’s entry into the Nebraska market.
Chicago & Des Moines based ARTISAN Capital Group acquired Fireside Village as their first property in Nebraska. Their portfolio includes more than 6500 multifamily and student housing units throughout Midwest and Nevada regions. The transaction was facilitated with Guardian Capital through 1031 Exchange that included assumption of sub 5% agency loan with five years remaining on term period.
