Leasing Success: Durst Organization Achieves Results with DurstReady

The Durst Organization has seen tremendous success with its DurstReady office offering, accounting for more than 445,000 square feet of leasing activity across 29 tenants since 2019. Offering furnished and wired move-in ready offices ranging from 2,000 to 45,000 square feet in size, the demand for these superior well-located buildings is evident. Managing Director of Commercial Leasing Lauren Ferrentino commented on the recent success at 825 Third Ave., where two out of several DurstReady spaces were preleased and there is significant activity on remaining units. As a result of this success The Durst Organization plans to expand its inventory across multiple buildings within their portfolio in 2023 – including 1133 Avenue Of The Americas for the first time.
