Savills secured a six-year, 34,325-square-foot lease for longtime client VTS, a leader in the commercial real estate industry’s proptech space. The company will occupy the entire 14th floor at 3 Bryant Park subleasing its new office from Salesforce.
Jim Wenk of Savills commented that after an extensive search across several submarkets, VTS identified 3 Bryant Park as their ideal location due to its centrality and attractive package relative to direct pricing in the asset.
VTS plans to relocate from their former headquarters at 141 W. 41st St., New York City in Q4 2020 and were represented by Wenk along with co-brokers Patrick Heeg of Transwestern and Sam Seiler of JLL while Salesforce was represented by Sacha Zarba, James Ackerson and Alice Fair of CBRE during negotiations for this deal
