Oldham County Business Park: Land Purchase by Developers for New Development

Hollenbach-Oakley and The Hocker Group have purchased the first 72 acres of Oldham Reserve, a new 1,000-acre development in La Grange, Kentucky. As reported by Louisville Business First , this project will consist of a Class A business park with 500,000 square feet of office space for retail stores, medical offices and flex spaces; as well as multifamily units with two 250-unit apartment complexes; and single family homes. Construction is expected to begin next summer.

The local area has many large employers such as The Rawlings Group and Trilogy Health Services that are driving the demand for housing at Oldham Reserve’s live work play community. This purchase paves the way for its initial phase developments which will be followed by single family home construction in its second phase.
