Advenir has acquired Greenway Park, a 109,000-square-foot medical office and clinical research facility in San Antonio. Gemini Rosemont sold the Class B property for $179 per square foot, according to CommercialEdge data. The building was fully leased at the time of sale.
Bank of America provided a $30 million acquisition loan to finance the purchase with Vitalis brokering the transaction. Completed in 1983 and renovated cosmetically in 2002, Worldwide Clinical anchors 85 percent of space since 2005 having invested $5 million into it including 200 beds for overnight studies as well as pharmacy, sample processing lab and Class 10 000 clean room while WellMed occupies remaining area investing capital too to accommodate 12 providers at clinic there.
