An apartment property with six units in Turtle Bay was sold for $5 million. Located at 975 2nd Ave, the property is under Tax Class 2A designation which limits tax increases.
Marcus & Millichap’s investment specialists Joe Koicim, Peter Dodge and Zan Colin facilitated the sale while representing both seller and buyer.
Dodge commented that due to recent market disruptions such as rise in rates or COVID-19 crisis, there has been an influx of new purchasers and capital looking to take advantage of imminent opportunities presented by these circumstances.
