KBS recently welcomed Midwest law firm Fredrikson & Byron to 60 South Sixth, a 40-story Class A tower and retail complex in downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota. The approximately 158,000-square-foot space had been committed three years ago by the law firm. Additionally, KBS had two additional office tenants sign lease agreements at 60 South Sixth: Best & Flanagan LLP renewed 28,250 square feet and Dacotah Bank now occupies 5125 square feet at the office tower.
