St. Louis Developer Plans $106M Apartment Tower: KC Construction Project

KC developer Revive Capital Development is proposing a 21-story apartment complex at 111-121 S. Meramec Ave. in downtown Clayton, St Louis for review by the Clayton Plan Commission and Architectural Review Board. The $106 million project would feature 299 units and 2,000 square feet of retail space on land owned by the St Louis County Port Authority, replacing an earlier plan announced during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Revive Capital Development has completed projects on both sides of Missouri including a $125 million conversion of Commerce Tower in Kansas City to apartments as well as a $58 million mixed-use redevelopment of The Monogram Building in St Louis. This latest proposal will connect two properties with its construction if approved by local authorities following their review process.
