Angelo Gordon Closes First MOB Acquisition with Sendero Capital

Sendero Capital and Angelo Gordon have closed on their first medical office building (MOB) acquisition, 1952 Whitney Ave. in Hamden, Connecticut. The 53,120-square-foot property is located near major transportation routes with access to a Connecticut transit stop. Anchor tenants at the mission-critical healthcare facility include Hartford Healthcare and Yale New Haven Health amongst others.

The joint venture has plans to invest up to $300 million over the next two years in value-add and core plus outpatient medical office and surgery center assets throughout the Northeast United States; 1952 Whitney Ave being its inaugural purchase under this initiative. JLL Capital Markets team led by Brannan Knott & Anthony Sardo facilitated the transaction successfully for both parties involved..
