HonorHealth has signed an agreement to purchase the remaining interest in 26 urgent care centers located in Arizona from FastMed. Through this acquisition, HonorHealth’s patients will have increased access to urgent care services that are closer to where they live and work. These newly acquired locations will expand HonorHealth’s wholly owned urgent care operations across Maricopa County, operating under the name HonorHealth Urgent Care.
“HonorHealth is committed to delivering high-quality, accessible healthcare,” said Todd LaPorte of Honor Health. “This acquisition allows us to more tightly align and integrate our six acute-care hospitals, physician practices, outpatient surgery centers and other network services with these additional locations.”
In addition to these new acquisitions ,Honor Health already independently operates seven Urgent Care facilities throughout Arizona Valley; continuing their commitment towards investing in healthcare services for growing communities within the state .
