Shea Properties has secured seven tenants for The Square Cypress, a new mixed-use retail center with more than 31,000 square feet of specialty grocery stores, shops and restaurants in the North Orange County community of Cypress. Trader Joe’s is leading the tenant roster.
Additional tenants include BLK Dot Coffee, Board & Brew Specialty Sandwiches, orthotics business Dr. Footman, restaurant El Zarape ,The Kebab Shop and YogaSix .

The Square Cypr ess is conveniently located near access points to 405 , 605 , 22 and 91 freeways . Amenities include landscaped pedestrian pathways with seating areas as well as public gathering places . In addition there will be a 251-unit apartment complex developed by Shea Properties; a 128-room Homewood Suites by Hilton developed by Tharaldson Hospitality ;and also onsite medical office building .
