JLL has been selected as the exclusive retail agent for The Howard Hughes Corporation’s Seaport in Lower Manhattan. Led by Davie Berke, Corey Zolcinski, Michael Remer and Patrick A. Smith, JLL’s retail leasing team will spearhead the efforts to enhance the neighborhood’s ecosystem with new offerings, flexible lease terms and carefully-selected long-term anchors.
Catherine Loy will oversee specialty leasing while Erika Schanke coordinates global and cross-border tenant pursuits. “The Seaport is one of New York’s most charming neighborhoods,” said Smith “and an established destination in its own right.” Notable attractions include Tin Building Pier 17 along with independent businesses such as McNally Jackson Books and South Street Seaport Museum.
