Pepper Construction Group recently appointed Chris Averill to the position of President. In his new role, Averill will assume leadership responsibility for Pepper Construction Group’s growth and performance. With over 43 years of experience, he is an accomplished leader with a global finance and business management background as well as a proven track record in operational excellence at Pepper. He joined the company in 2015 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) before assuming additional duties of Chief Operating Officer (COO) two years later.
As President, Averill will be responsible for leading strategic growth and overall performance with oversight on all aspects of the business while continuing to serve his current roles within COO and CFO capacities; partnering closely with local Presidents across four geographic locations plus corporate services teams.
