StorSafe Acquires Coleman Storage in Wildwood, FL for $8.8 Million

StorSafe has acquired Coleman Storage in Wildwood, FL for $8.8 million as part of its strategic expansion into the self-storage market. The property was previously owned by Coleman Commercial LLC and operated as Coleman Storage, bringing StorSafe’s total to 23 facilities across five states with more than 1.3 million sq. ft in completed or developing properties.

Tom Bretz, CEO of StorSafe said “Our investment into Wildwood reflects our commitment to sourcing prime locations and maximizing their revenue potential for our partners who rely on us for expertise in site selection and attractive returns from our self-storage portfolio.”

The facility located just outside Orlando offers 63,925 rentable square feet with units ranging from 5 by 5 feet up to 15 by 40 feet which will serve residential customers, small businesses and logistics/transportation providers alike .
