Northside Hospital Gwinnett has broken ground on Northside Medical Buford, a new medical office building located at 2800 Buford Drive in Lawrenceville, GA. This 100,000 square foot project is a joint venture between Northside Hospital Gwinnett and Physicians Realty Trust and Realty Trust Group. It will house patient services such as cardiology, imaging, medical oncology orthopedics primary care and urgent care.
The hospital acquired the land for $10 million in 2020 which is 35 miles southwest of downtown Atlanta near Coolray Field across from The Exchange at Gwinnett with direct access to I-85. Completion of this project is expected next summer when it joins the recently opened medical office building at its Gwinnett campus where a 15-story patient tower is currently under construction as well as plans to open additional facilities for Phase II of The Grove at Towne Center in Snellville GA .
