Sought-after I-35 corridor site in San Marcos is the location for a new industrial project, a three building complex spanning 663,000 square feet. Ledo Capital Group and St. Clair Commercial Real Estate are teaming up to build this development which will be situated in the Whisper South master-planned area just north of the Blanco River to the east of Interstate 10.
The Austin Business Journal reports that this is yet another indication investors are eager to invest their resources into one of America’s fastest growing regions. The San Marcos Business Park will comprise three buildings: 204,000 square feet for single or multi tenant occupancy; 84,000 square feet; and 375,00 square foot space respectively.
Construction on these buildings is scheduled to begin during Q4 2023 with an expected delivery time frame within 12 months from commencement date – Austin based Arco Murray Design Build has been appointed as construction head while Kimley Horn provides civil engineering services for this project
