Las Vegas Casinos Shuttered for Mixed-Use Development Project

Proposing a new mixed-use project, Agora Realty and Management is looking to change the zoning for 73 acres at the northeast and southwest corners of Rancho Drive and Lake Mead Boulevard in North Las Vegas. The site was formerly occupied by Fiesta Rancho and Texas Station, which closed three years ago due to the emergence of COVID-19 pandemic. Currently, only a skating rink and parking lot remain standing onsite.

The proposed development will include “experiential commercial, recreation, hotel, retail restaurant” on its north & west sides; while 665 residential units are planned for southeast portion of it. City staff has recommended that North Las Vegas City Council approve this project as well.
