McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. has expanded its presence in the San Diego market with a 30,000-square-foot lease for office space at One Paseo – a newly developed 23.6-acre mixed use campus in the Carmel Valley submarket. Representing McCarthy was JLL’s Nicole Winters, Shawn Lorentzen and Scott Wetzel.
The construction firm has had an established presence in San Diego since constructing the Catamaran Hotel Parking Structure for Evans Catamaran Resort Hotel & Spa during the mid 1980s. The new office features floor-to ceiling windows and onsite amenities such as dedicated wellness space and areas for training, collaboration and innovative thinking – all designed by Gensler Architects..
