Kaplan Companies has secured $47 million in financing for Amaranth at North Brunswick, a luxury 55+ active adult community located in North Brunswick, New Jersey. Nuveen Real Estate provided the loan to fund the development of low-maintenance one- and two-bedroom floor plans with amenities such as a clubhouse, fitness center, swimming pool and dog park. The property’s location provides easy access to local amenities and transportation routes.
