Stream Realty Partners assisted Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago, a national mentoring organization, in finding an office space that meets their future needs. The 8,587 square foot space is located on the second floor at 130 S. Jefferson Street in the West Loop neighborhood of Chicago and offers easy access to Interstates 90 and 94 as well as train lines from Union Station and the Ogilvie Transportation Center.
Phil Geiger of Stream Realty led negotiations for the tenant while Madison Rose represented R2 Companies, who owns the five-story property constructed in 1883. The new office features 16-foot ceilings with windows overlooking Jefferson Street providing natural light and cityscape views which will accommodate Big Brothers Big Sisters’ hybrid work model allowing them to hold programs, board meetings, community events and match events within their new home.
