Marcus & Millichap has announced the sale of Sunnyside Medical Cannabis Dispensary for $4.52 million. The 4,936-square-foot net-leased property is located in Tamarac, FL and was built in 2005 on 1.92 acres at 6001 N University Drive which is currently being renovated by the tenant.
