McKinney’s Planning and Zoning Commission recently approved a proposed development featuring 233 townhome- and multifamily-style units. Landmark Cos. now awaits the blessing of the town’s council next week in order to move forward on its project, The Lofts at Alma Road. Located on about 10.9 acres at the southeast corner of Silverado Trail and Alma Road, this three-story multifamily building would be surrounded by two-story townhome style units with single story detached garages as well as amenities such as a playground, pickleball courts and pool for residents to enjoy.

With approval from McKinney’s Planning & Zoning Commission already secured , all that remains is for Town Council to give their blessing before construction can begin .
