DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International’s Vice President Mandy Lewandowski and Associate Luke Ferzacca represented the sublessor of a 85,608-square-foot building at 1560 Fronternac Road in Naperville, Illinois in a successful sublease to Eaglestone Manufacturing. The post-occupancy move is scheduled for Q4 2023.
Lee & Associates’ Nick Eboli and Andrew Block acted as representatives for the new tenant. According to Lewandowski, “The pro-business community of Naperville was attractive to Eaglestone Manufacturing who were able to keep most of their employees by staying close nearby St. Charles.” She added that this was “a rare opportunity” due its Class B industrial space status combined with an advantageous price point located just one mile from the Route 59 interchange on I-88 . The property features newly renovated 4500 square feet office space along with heavy power necessary for manufacturing purposes.
