“Renters to Rejoice in Plano: 325-Unit Community Coming to DART Line”

Zoning approval for Trinsic Residential’s 325-unit multifamily development in Plano, Texas was met with enthusiasm from the City. Mayor John Muns expressed his excitement at the prospect of transforming a long-standing eyesore into an attractive residential area: “This is a welcome opportunity to continue to make downtown Plano a really great place for people to come, enjoy and live.”

The location near the CityLine/Bush Dallas Area Rapid Transit Station (DART) and planned 12th Street Silver Line Station makes it ideal as transit-oriented development. Additionally, plans include parking structures between residential units and SH 190 plus 10%-20% active open space such as dog parks or playgrounds. This project will not only improve aesthetics but also provide much needed housing options in this growing city.
