Fulton Street Companies and Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation have signed Sancerre Hospitality to a 7,000-square-foot, ground floor lease at 1045 On Fulton in the Fulton Market District. The space will serve as the Chicago-based restaurant group’s newest establishment in the neighborhood.
CEO Alex Najem of Fulton Street Companies expressed his excitement for welcoming Sancerre to their property: “Their latest restaurant is not only a terrific addition – and signature amenity – to our building but also another wonderful addition to this vibrant neighborhood.”
Led by partners Frank Callero, Kara Callero and Steve Zaleski, Sancerre recently named chef partner Joe Flamm as culinary director who will oversee culinary affairs for this upcoming eatery which is expected open its doors early 2024 with an yet undetermined concept. Cal Wessman negotiated on behalf of ownership during the retail lease transaction.
