Berkadia recently announced the sale of Brighton Gardens of Brentwood, a 113-unit assisted living and memory care senior housing property in Brentwood, TN. Managing Directors Cody Tremper and Mike Garbers led the transaction on behalf of Indianapolis-based Prime Care One, LLC. The buyer was a joint venture between two investor groups.
Tremper commented: “We are delighted to have completed this transaction with such an esteemed partnership during these turbulent capital markets conditions.” He further added that “Brentwood is an incredible market and we look forward to successful outcomes for all involved.”
The community is located at 103 Arcaro Place in Brentwood’s professional area which includes corporate headquarters, medical offices, hotels and restaurants. Built in 1997 it features 113 units offering assisted living as well as memory care services; occupancy rate was approximately 91 percent at time of sale.
