Skanska, a global construction and development firm, has appointed Kay Jefferson as Vice President of Business Development for its Atlanta building operations. With nearly two decades of experience in business development, strategic marketing, community engagement and operations – including over 10 years in the AEC industry – Jefferson is well-positioned to lead Skanska’s growth throughout metro Atlanta and across the state.

Prior to joining Skanska’s senior executive team in Atlanta, Jefferson served as Vice President of Business & Community Development for CareerSource Tampa Bay. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University (FSU) where she majored in Merchandising along with certifications related to sales management; workforce development; diversity & inclusion initiatives etc..
