Greystar has seen success with their Phase I and II projects, prompting the company to break ground on Birchway Denton Phase 3 in southeast Denton. The project is expected to be completed by 2025 and will include a clubhouse, swimming pool, as well as 336 units. Construction costs are estimated at $51 million while the total value of the project is estimated at $126 million according to The Construction Journal.
In 2020, Greystar began work on Birchway Denton Phase II which is located near planned Phase 3 and consists of nearly 400 units upon completion. Additionally in 2021 Greystar partnered with Realty Capital Management for Keller Center Stage – a 38-acre mixed-use development located 15 miles south of Denton that includes 60,000 square feet of shops/offices/restaurants space along with 57 patio homes ranging from 2200-2800 sqft plus 475 multi family residences when finished.
