This is why the New Jersey-based firm – which specializes in welding, laser cutting and powder coating for industries such as aerospace and semiconductors – is relocating to One Thirty Business Park in Pflugerville where they will occupy 175,000 square feet of space compared to the 41,000 square foot building that currently houses them.
Revenue at EVS’ factory was reported at $15.5 million during 2021 fiscal year and $19.7 million during 2022 fiscal year respectively; thus making this move necessary for further growth opportunities within these industries. Construction on the new facility is slated to begin August 2021 with an estimated completion date of 22 months later from then on out while taking up between 60-80 thousand square feet of that total area with plans set forth by EVS Metal’s team members leasing out any remaining areas as protection against fluctuations within the metal industry market sector overall .
