Faris Lee Investments has added Eric Ramirez as managing director. With more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Ramirez has established a successful track record in investments, leasing, development assistance and corporate negotiations.
Prior to joining Faris Lee, Ramirez served as president of Millenia Commercial Real Estate in Upland where he managed sales, marketing finance operations and project management resulting in significant growth for the company and meeting financial goals.
Throughout his career Mr.Ramirez has worked with numerous national and international companies including Rockefeller Group LG Electronics McDonald’s Subway Wal-Mart T-Mobile Boost Mobile 7-Eleven AutoZone Panda Express Restaurants among others . He also gained valuable experience owning operating convenience store gas stations throughout Southern California while acquiring selling properties with family investors associates .
