Silergy Technology is expanding its Silicon Valley offices with a new 27,700-square-foot headquarters in Santa Clara. The semiconductor company will occupy the entire top floor of a six-story building owned by Irvine Company at 2600 Great America Way.
Alex Lagemann from Cushman & Wakefield represented Silergy in the lease transaction and said that due to fast rising global demand for their products, they needed larger space and this newly renovated location was “spectacular”. The new office will feature both office and lab space to accommodate research, engineering and administrative operations.
An executive from Silergy stated that the move was necessary due to increasing global demand for their products. Image courtesy of Irvine Company completes this story of expansion into Santa Clara’s tech hub landscape .
