Goodwill of Greater Washington recently signed a 10-year lease agreement for the 95 East Distribution Center in Woodbridge, Virginia. The joint venture of Cannon Hill Capital Partners and The Pinkard Group are the landlords. Goodwill will occupy 83,753 square feet – 73% of the Class A industrial building – which is scheduled for completion in September 2023. This marks the first industrial development in eastern Prince William County after over a decade without one.
The location offers convenient access to Interstate 95 and Northern Virginia making it an ideal spot for businesses looking to expand their reach into this region. Transwestern’s Caulley Deringer, Steve Cloud and Andrew Hassett represented the landlord while H&R Retail’s Austin Hersh and Brad Buslik represented Goodwill as tenant during this transaction process..
