The Cottonwood Castle, made famous by Chip and Joanna Gaines of the reality TV show “Fixer Upper: The Castle”, is up for sale. Bidding will open on July 20th, 2023 for this 6,176 square foot home with four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Construction began in 1890 but it was not until the early 1900’s that it was transformed into the landmark castle we know today.
In 2019, Chip and Joanna purchased the historic property with hopes to restore it as a home once again. After three years of renovations documented on their show they are now ready to let someone else write its next chapter in history through an auction held via Concierge Auctions .
