Mission Rock MXU Tower Completion - Phase I Finalized

Mission Rock Partners, a collaboration between the San Francisco Giants, Tishman Speyer and the Port of San Francisco recently topped out on Parcel F – a 23-story multifamily residential tower in San Francisco’s Mission Rock neighborhood. This is the fourth and final tower in Phase I of their 28-acre waterfront community.

Designed by award-winning international architecture and urban design practice Studio Gang, Parcel F will encompass 254 rental apartments with 315,000 square feet of space. It is expected to open summer 2024 with street level shops & cafes as well as 25,000 square feet of co-working & event space operated by Studio – Tishman Speyer’s global flexible workspace platform. Webcor Builders serves as general contractor for this project.

Earlier this month saw Mission Rock Partners welcome their first residents to The Canyon – marking an exciting milestone for this mixed use development!
